One paint per line. Put the paint's name before a colon to keep mixed pigments together; a line of bare codes is read as separate paints. "Pigment Blue 29" and "P.B. 29" work too.
Check the tube. Ratings here are the typical published values for each pigment. Real lightfastness depends on the maker's formulation, the binder, how thinly you apply it and how much white it is mixed with — the rating printed on your paint label always wins.
